Prepaid Packages



All Prepaid packages are cancellable by either party at any time for any reason without penalty.

Upon Cancellation of the plan the patient shall receive a complete refund of all fees paid on a pro rata basis of the number of visits provided compared to the total visits contracted.

Prepaid package only includes 5 acupuncture sessions, and does not include any herbs, nutritional products, patches, or other goods.

This rule does not create any exemptions from any requirements applicable under the California Insurance Code.
